Q: What are the Yagan Square Market Place Opening Hours?
A. The Market Hall at Yagan Square is open 11am to 8pm Sunday to Wednesday, and from 11am to 10pm Thursday to Saturday. The toilets inside the Market Hall are accessible and unlocked during operational hours.
Q: Does the City of Perth Christmas Light Trail go through Yagan Square?
A. Visit the Yagan Square Fun Fair for a pit stop while checking out the City of Perth Christmas Lights Trail.
Hint: Stop 5 - The Lifeline Christmas Tree & Stop 6 - The Constellation Tunnel, are both located next to the entrance of Yagan Square Fun Fair!
Q: Are there any age limits or height restrictions?
A. No! All are welcome to enter the Yagan Square Fun Fair. ENTRY IS FREE!
However, some of our Carnival Rides have height requirements and age restrictions. Please refer to the Attractions list for the minimum height requirements of each carnival ride. If you have any questions regarding this feel free to email us
Q: Does the event accept cash and card payments?
A: Yes, the Ticket Boxes at the event will accept cash and card payments. The Sideshow Games and food vendors also accept card payments.
Q: Is there an ATM at the event?
A: Yes, there will be an ATM at the event, located near the entrance and main Ticket Box. There is also an ATM on the ground level of the Yagan Square Market Hall.
Q: Are pets allowed into the event?
A: Yes, pets that are on leads and well trained are welcome into Yagan Square Fun Fair. Please ensure all animals are kept on a lead at ALL TIMES. Staff are permitted to refuse entry or ask patrons to leave if they have an animal with them.
Q: What food and beverages will be available to purchase at the event?
A: Yagan Square Fun Fair has a range of food and beverages available including hot and cold snacks. We also have Fairy Floss, Popcorn and Hot Donut stands at the event. The Swan Valley Street Eats food truck will also be onsite selling all the Fun Fair favourites!
Q: Do we accept Companion Cards at the event?
A: Yes, we do. The Companion Card must be presented by the companion at the event from one of the Ticket Boxes along with the paying patron they are accompanying. Companion Card tickets will be issued at the event. No online tickets are available for Companion Card holders.
